Find the Right Session for You
Choose the session length that best matches your goals, from focused relief to comprehensive therapeutic work.

60 Minute Session
A focused therapeutic session designed to address specific areas of tension, pain or restricted movement. Ideal for targeted treatment while still allowing time for relaxation and recovery.

90 Minute Session
A comprehensive therapeutic session that allows more time to address multiple areas of tension, pain, or movement restrictions. Ideal for deeper, more detailed work while giving your body time to relax and respond to treatment.

120 Minute Session
A full-body therapeutic session designed for more extensive, detailed work addressing multiple areas of pain, tension, and movement restrictions. Ideal for complex needs, deeper treatment, and allowing ample time for your body to relax, reset, and recover.
My Tools

Neuro Kinetic Therapy
NeuroKinetic Therapy uses specialized muscle testing to help identify dysfunctional movement compensations and retrain your body's movement patterns so you can move with ease and without pain.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy focuses on sensitive, tight areas within the muscle that can contribute to pain, tension, and referred discomfort in other areas of the body. Sustained, targeted pressure is applied to these points to help decrease muscular tension, improve mobility, and restore healthier muscle function.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release uses slow, sustained pressure and stretching techniques to address restrictions within the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles and other structures. By gradually lengthening and mobilizing restricted tissue, this technique can help decrease tension, improve mobility, and allow for more comfortable movement.

Lymphatic Massage
A gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. Light, targeted strokes encourage healthy circulation and may help reduce swelling, fluid buildup, and feelings of heaviness while supporting the body’s natural recovery process.

Gua Sha/ Muscle Scraping
Gua Sha, also known as muscle scraping, uses a specialized tool to work directly with the superficial and deeper layers of fascia and muscle tissue. Different applications may be used to encourage circulation and lymphatic movement, address fascial restrictions and adhesions, and improve tissue mobility.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses negative pressure to lift and separate layers of skin, fascia, and underlying soft tissue rather than compressing them. Cups may be placed or moved across targeted areas to decompress restricted fascia, increase local circulation, reduce muscular tension, and improve tissue mobility.
